Leviton is responding to the growing demand by health care facility managers, engineers, architects and builders for education and awareness related to NFPA® 99: Health Care Facilities Code (“Code”) with a series of seminars designed to provide them with knowledge and solutions to help facilitate Code compliance.

The National Fire Protection Association® (NFPA®) 99 establishes criteria to minimize the hazards related to patient, staff and visitor risk in health care facilities. As health care facility managers look to bring their facilities up to Code, Leviton’s interactive seminars will help explain the nuances of the Code and identify available solutions to reduce risks. Presented by certified instructors through the NFPA®, the seminars will cover electrical systems and equipment, features of fire protection, risk assessment and process of Code development and enactment.
