Engineered Lighting Products

Engineered Lighting Products’ expands their Metal Halide offerings in the “Hole In The Ceiling” line of fixtures. Once installed, these popular GRG (Glass fiber Reinforced Gypsum) luminaires actually appear to be part of your ceiling and look like a custom formed drywall “light niche” that blend with any interior motif. There is no visible metal or trim in the normal viewing angle and the design provides a 45 degree visual cutoff. The expanded Metal Halide lamp options for these downlights are offered in four sizes, with round or square 4-1/2”, 6”, 8” and 10” apertures. Wattages are respectively 20, 39 and 150 for the sizes. Lightronics

The SR-516 provides remote control for DMX-512 lighting systems. The unit can store up to 16 scenes and activate them with the push of a button. Scenes in the SR-516 can operate in either “exclusive” mode (one scene active at a time) or “pile-on” mode enabling multiple scenes to be added together. The unit can operate with other types of Lightronics smart remotes and simple remotes for control at multiple locations. Ocean Optics

UDEC Corporation

The U15H hybrid energy savings emergency lighting fixture is an example of UDEC’s effort to create solutions to lighting applications rather than just replacement bulbs or lamps that usually fail because the application has not been first analyzed. Instead of a T8 four foot lamp burning continuously in a stairwell or corridor not frequently used, this fixture provides the equivalent of a PL13 fluorescent lamp but with the equivalent light from a 3 watt LED bulb.
