Customer Service – Lighting Industry
ANP lighting a nationwide architectural site lighting manufacturer, is seeking customer service representative to join our team. We design and manufacture lighting fixtures for a broad array of markets and high profile projects such as shopping centers, landscapes, restaurants and more. The customer service assistant requires excellent phone etiquette and will perform advanced clerical sales order support to our manufacturing plant and customer/rep base.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track sales orders both within the plant and with sales representatives and customers by communicating effectively by phone and/or email
- Respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues and returns for architectural site lighting products
- Process shipping claims and provide tracking with UPS and FedEx and independent carriers.
- Develop and process customer claim protocol
Qualifications and Skills Required
Lighting Industry a must
· Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
· Computer Skills; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)MAS90 is a plus
· Data Entry/Order Entry
· Focus on customer satisfaction
· Physical Requirement; requires walking both on a level surface to a secondary plant as well 2nd story stairs without elevator access. Moderate to extensive keyboard usage.
· Detail oriented
· Team player
· Ability to work a 8:00 am to 4:30 pm shift is a must
